This set needs refinishing, but the price reflects it! Chrome flaking off centers, center rings need repainting, oxidation in plastic covers of center caps, lips need polishing, slight flat spot on one outer (pictured) and one inner (not pictured, but similar to the one on the outer), includes original center caps/rings/collars and valve stems, caps are unlocked and do not include a key.
